Meet at the cellar in the small town Socoa. You will be taken to the vineyard located only a short drive from the cellar with incredible views over the bay of Saint Jean De Luz. After this you will be taken through to the distillery in a former gunpowder room which dates back to the end of the 17th century. It is here that you will learn about the unique underwater winemaking process of the winemaker, Emmanuel Poirmeur.
The visit will end on the terrace overlooking the ocean with wine tasting accompanied by local products (oysters, Bayonne ham, Basque cake).
