1.1 Rates are quoted in Euros.
1.2 All reservations, regardless of their country of origin, are settled in Euros.
1.3 Biarritz by Locals reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
2.1 Payment is made online at www.biarritzbylocals.com, a deposit will be requested from customers to confirm the reservation. The remainder of the payment must be made in cash once the service has been delivered.
2.2 An email will be sent to the customer after each booking to confirm the tour. In the event that the tour can not be maintained, the customer will be refunded automatically (the account will be credited by the same amount).
2.3 Once confirmed and paid, reservations are non-refundable. However, we offer the possibility to postpone the visit to another day if available. For any modification please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
2.4 Any request for cancellation must be sent to Biarritz by Locals by e-mail to email@example.com (specifying the name of the referring customer and the date of the service) which will process this request as soon as possible. For any cancellation, regardless of the date of the cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but no extra charge will be charged to the customer.
3.1 In case of unavailability due to bad weather, insufficient number of participants or unavailability of the guide, the client will be refunded automatically (the account will be re-credited by the same amount).
3.2 Any interruption of the visit in the course of performance, by the will of the customer can not give rise to any refund. Any customer arriving after the departure time will be considered as “no show” and will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for the delay.
4.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have passports, visas and travel documents. It is essential that you have holiday insurance. This insurance must cover full medical expenses, personal baggage, personal injury, accidental loss or damage to property, cancellation and reduction, personal liability, legal and emergency expenses.
4.2 Biarritz by Locals is not responsible for any accidents, personal injury or illness or loss of personal belongings or valuables of the customer during the events. By booking an adventure, it is agreed that all customers are responsible for the risks of their actions.
